Itinerary
Arrival – Gansbaai Harbour
Your adventure begins at the Great White House in Gansbaai, with check-in typically around 10:00am (exact time confirmed the day prior depending on tides and weather conditions).
Enjoy a light meal while preparing for your experience, followed by a comprehensive safety and conservation briefing.
Departure & Ocean Safari
Board the vessel and cruise towards the waters near Dyer Island, one of the best-known shark hotspots in the world. Along the way, keep an eye out for whales, dolphins, seals, and seabirds.
Shark Cage Diving Experience
Once anchored, the crew begins attracting sharks using environmentally responsible methods. As anticipation builds, you’ll have the chance to enter the secure cage and witness these incredible animals up close, a powerful, once-in-a-lifetime moment.
For those staying on deck, excellent surface viewing provides equally impressive sightings.
Relax & Return
After your diving session, warm up on board with snacks and drinks while sharing your experience with fellow adventurers. The boat then returns to harbour, where a warm bowl of soup awaits to end your journey on a comforting note.

Hygiene & Equipment:
All wetsuits and gear are fully cleaned and sterilised after each use for your comfort and safety.
Expert Crew:
Each trip is led by experienced crew members, including a marine biologist who provides insights into shark behaviour and conservation.
Facilities:
Modern changing rooms, hot showers, and guest facilities are available at the harbour.
Dietary Requirements:
All dietary needs can be catered for with prior notice.
Transfers:
Return transfers from Cape Town can be arranged at approximately R1200 per person.
